This inspection agreement rider is written for use along with one of our Pennsylvania home inspection contracts. The agreement describes the usual procedure for performing a septic dye test and identifies customary exclusions from the inspection. It is for use in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and contains arbitration, limitation of liability and limitation on time to sue clauses. It can be edited as needed.
