This Inspection Agreement
can be used for simple assessment along with sampling services and is for use
in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. It references the guidelines of the American
Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH). It IS NOT an indoor
air quality assessment or testing agreement. It contains arbitration,
limitation of liability and limitation on time to sue clauses. It can be edited
as needed.
